When can I join a Growth Pod?
We have a series of pilot Growth Pods starting in waves from August 2025. Growth Pods will commence in multiple waves each year on set dates or when sufficient numbers are achieved. Contact us to find out when you can start.
How much does it cost to join a Growth Pod?
The cost of your Growth Pod depends on which functional level you are at. If you would like to see our current pricing please contact us.
How long is the commitment if I sign up?
Growth Pods run all year and if you change roles or get promoted you can move into a new pod to suit your current needs. Our hope is that you continue to stay in a Growth Pod because it adds ongoing value. If for any reason you wish to leave Growth Pod we require 1 months notice.
Can I choose which Growth Pod I am in?
You will be assigned to a Pod relative to your job role and experience to ensure you are with like minded peers.
Can I move Growth Pods?
Yes you can move Pods if you change job role or have different needs.
Can I join as an Individual or does my Company have to sign me up?
You can sign up through your company or as an individual.
How do you protect confidentiality and sensitive information?
Trust and collaboration are at the heart of Growth Pod. All members go through an application, onboarding and agreement process where they agree to MindPicks policies in this area, which are continually reinforced throughout sessions. No sensitive P&L information will ever be shared.
How do I ensure a return on Growth Pod investment?
Numerous studies have shown a clear connection between peer groups and mentoring with improved employee engagement, plus better business outcomes. Each Growth Pod member develops a clear value plan with quantified measures of success, which are reviewed with sponsors twice a year.
What is the time commitment per month as Member?
There is an upfront 3 hour Pod connection session. Session time averages 1.5 hours per month with up to 1 hour of preparation. Regular check-ins and reviews are 1 hour a quarter. In total approx 1 day per quarter.
